Cameron Highlands

Cameron Highlands is an extensive hill station (about the size of Singapore) located 200 km (125 miles) north of Kuala Lumpur. The area got its name from William Cameron, a British colonial surveyor who mapped the area in the late 19th century. Cameron Highlands features farms (vegetables, fruits and flowers), tea plantations, markets, jungle walks and a pleasant cool climate. More at Guide to Cameron Highlands.
