Getting In

By Minibus

From Bangkok
There are minibuses taking tourists between hotels and guest houses in Bangkok (including Khao San Road) and Pattaya. These services offer the convenience of a door-to-door service for around 400 baht a person. Departure times vary but 9:00 a.m., noon and 5:30 p.m. are the most widely advertised. The trip is about 2 hours but can be longer depending on the traffic and if you're the first to be collected and the last to be dropped off.

Save on your hotel -
  • One such minibus service between the hotels runs directly between Bangkok Dynasty Inn (Soi Nana) and Pattaya Dynasty Inn (Soi 13). You can book with the reception desk at both Dynasty Inn hotels.
  • Another minibus service in Bangkok is at Century Movie Plaza (next to Victory Monument BTS Station) charging 140 baht each way. Besides departing to Pattaya, minibuses here also travel to Hua Hin, Cha Am and Petchburi.
