The Million-Year Stone Park and Crocodile Farm
Chaiyaphonwithi Road (15 minute drive from central Pattaya). Opens: daily from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
This park ( features an Exotic Zoo, Garden & Stone Park and crocodile farm known as Crocodile Kingdom. Animals at the zoo include tigers, crocodiles, elephants, bears, ostriches, deers and emus to name a few including albinos. The Garden & Stone Park comprises of several gigantic rock gardens planted with exotic plants and flowers. There are several shows daily including
fire-swallowing, magic performance and animals shows.

Pattaya Elephant Village
54/1 Moo 2, Tambon Nong Prue. Opens: daily from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The Elephant Village ( opened in 1973 as a sanctuary for former working elephants that could no longer be used for work but could no longer be returned to the wild. There are about 30 elephants here and tour options include combination trekking (elephant trekking, jungle walk, rafting and ox cart ride), 1-hour elephant trekking and an elephant show. The shows are held daily at 2:30 p.m. and last for an hour including demonstrations of elephants at work, bathing techniques, display of war elephants and a short elephant ride for visitors.

Underwater World
22/22 Moo 11, Sukhumvit Rd. Opens: daily from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Underwater World ( has a collection of marine creatures from the Gulf of Thailand as well as a few species from the Amazon River. There are over 2,500 creatures from more than 200 species at Underwater World including sharks, stingrays, groupers, pomfrets and turtles such as the
hawksbill turtles. There is an acrylic 105-metre long pedestrian tunnel where visitors can walk through and witness various kinds of fishes swimming in an 180 degree area. Marine life feeding shows are at held at various sections of Underwater World and include surface and underwater feeding
